Need clarification: It is unclear what that means. I would schedule a follow up visit and ask for clarification. If something abnormal was seen on your baby's sonogram it is very important that you understand what it was and what the plan for care is.

Egg Sac: it is likely the egg sac. This is where the babu got all of its nutrition until the placenta was fully formed and functional. The egg as is then reabsorbed.
