I am 6 weeks pregnant had an ultra sound yesterday..baby's heart beat strong and docs says baby's fine...i have bleeding and endometriosis is this typic?

Common, not typical: Endometriosis is associated with infertility, not miscarriage so much. Bleeding in pregnancy is common and can occur from the very friable cervix or the migration of the placenta. Bleeding without cramping is usually benign.
