Club foot?: I'm uncertain exactly what deformity your ultrasound showed, but a club foot can either be fixed with casting or surgery. Nothing can be done before the baby is born. Good luck!

Not prenatally: If your child has clubbing of the right foot, many times those findings can be corrected after birth working with physical therapists or orthopedic surgeons. If there are other findings, then it depends on what it is. Either way, there is no way to correct these abnormalities prenatally
