What are the symptoms for endometriosis of the brain and lungs,i have endo,my head has pain frequently,i hallucinate and have memory issues?

Very rare: While endometriosis can occur any where and has even been reported in men, endometriosis of the brain and lungs are so rare ( especially the brain) they are considered reportable cases. It is much more likely that your headaches, memory issues, and hallucinations have another cause. You need to see a neurologist immediately to look into this. Hallucinations are a very serious symptom. Good luck.
