Strep in sept. since then dizziness/vertigo, trouble swallowing, intermittent ear/gland pain, constipation, trouble sleeping and brain fog. have had egd, colonoscopy, ekg, cbc, ct of lungs/head, xrays of throat/chest, d dimer, no diagnosis?
