Is sharp pain in my left chest/armpit/arm, left side of brain ice pick like and tingling, and left abd and low left n right back pain endometriosis?

Symptoms, combined with many details: timing, pattern, associations, etc. Only 1 of many clues which may help sort out reasonable educated guess about what is happening. Many people get too much exercise - by jumping to conclusions - which are not true & harmful.
