Lack Nutrients: Balances diets need to contain lean protein with low glycemic carbs and a bit of monounsat. Fat (olive oil, etc). Without this balance, your body will not get the essential vitamins and nutrients it needs. Better to graze and balance-have 3 meals and 2 snacks during the day. Educate yourself on "good" and "bad" carbs and fats. Consider reading "a week in the zone" if you need some inspiration!
