I am 8 and a half weeks pregnant. weekly hcg tests dropped from 46k to 39k now 93k. ultrasound between 39 & 93k was fine. should i be worried?

Probably Not: If you had an ultrasound, that should be the most reassuring. You no longer need HCG titers if the the ultrasound shows a viable embryo. Ultrasound should be able to see cardiac activity, heartrate, amniotic fluid amount, and any uterine abnormalities. At 12-14 weeks, have your OB send you for a nuchal thickness ultrasound to screen for genetic abnormalities & good luck with your pregnancy.
