I am pregnant i'm not sure how far along however, my hcg level is 10,300. i had a ultra sound today and only thing that was seen was a gestational sac?

Bets guess.: The hCG and the ultrasound finding sound pretty consistent: this suggests you are probably close to 5 weeks. If you know the date of your last normal period that helps a huge amount. Good wishes.
