Yes: If based off of your last menstrual period it may not be very high yet and too early to see on sono until the bhcg is at 1500-2000. Then you may only see the sac until 5 1/2-6 weeks.

Yes too early: To see on us but you should do another quantbhcg in 3 days and it should be doubled and a Progesterone level, as a Progesterone level over 10 is normal and over 20 is very good, and under 5 is very bad, .
