For adults: The American Heart Association suggests at least 30 minus of moderate-intensity aerobic activity 5 days/week for a total of 150 mins or at least 25 mins of vigorous aerobic activity 3 days/week for a total of 75 mins; or a combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity. It is also suggested to add moderate- to high-intensity muscle-strengthening activities at least 2 days/week
