Mostly positive: Fats are essential for health, but you need to consume the right kinds. Stay away from hydrogenated oils and vegetable oils. Look into olive oil, coconut oil, and cold water fish. The important fats include DHA, EPA, and ALA. Also remember that all of the fat soluble vitamins can't be properly absorbed without eating fat.
