Fatigue on eating: Perhaps your symptom occurs only when you're eating a full or substantial meal. When digestion starts, our blood is diverted into the gastrointestinal tract and away from muscles and our brain, thus causing sleepiness or a tired feeling in some people. Of course in this case you're only fatigued then but not during the rest of the time. If you're always tired, consult your physician.
