Can you define more?: What is at the root of his "bad" gag reflex? Do you mean he has a very STRONG or hypersensitive reflex to the point of not allowing anything into his mouth without either gagging or throwing up? Or do you mean that he has a poor gag reflex meaning that virtually NOTHING can gag him that goes into his mouth? And they've been working stringently with him for 4 years now without results?
