Geodon (ziprasidone) Side Effects: Good day; Not familiar with patients taking Geodon; however, suggest you confer with your MD about lowering daily dose. TMJ symptoms may be controlled with an bruxing mouth guard or specially designed Orthodic device. A low dose muscle relaxant would lessen clenching and some stiffness. Frequent PT to bring blood flow to the tender, stiff muscles would improve your comfort level. Good luck
