Diagnosed with sarcoidosis. have pain on right and left side of ribs. not continual, just wicked twinges. mri showed a prominent liver. twinges cause?

No: Liver sits on the right side in the upper portion of the abdomen. It would not cause symptoms on your left side. Sarcoid is a difficult disease to deal with. Can have many symptoms. Make sure you follow up with your treating doctor regarding these complaints. Sorry this was not more helpful. Best of luck
