Sarcoidosis: Sarcoidosis can effect the liver, kidney, lungs and sinuses. Usually liver involvement is asymptomatic but sometimes it can cause changes in liver blood tests and lead to severe liver disease. The slight increase in liver size probably is nothing to worry about. You should have blood tests to see what your liver function is. If there is an abnormality a liver biopsy should be done.
