Liver sarcoidosis: Unfortunately, pain is fairly common with your diagnosis. Its important for you to be followed closely. If this pain is a new issue, I would suggest you need a CT scan or at a minimum an ultrasound of the right upper quadrant. If your skin begins to turn yellow, see a doctor immediately.
