Cause: What has been determined to be the cause of your fatigue? The FDA approved use of Ritalin (methylphenidate) is for ADHD. If you have this it may be a good medication to try. Go to your primary care physician and have a good work-up to determine the cause of your problem. After that a treatment plan can be devised.

Need evaluation: You should start with your doctor, having an evaluation for medical problems that can contribute to your fatigue. If necessary referral to a specialist may be helpful. If no significant medical problems are found, your doctor may prescribe the Ritalin (methylphenidate)
