Idiosyncratic reaction: This is called an idiosyncratic or paradoxical effect. Many people who get in trouble with opiates have your condition . These conditions most definitely are genetically based and have to do with complex changes or development of neuro receptors in your brain and how they react . There's not a lot to be done about it except be highly aware of what you found out and share this with your doctors.
