Can indolent lymphoma - lymphnodes remain unchanged in size for 7 years with normal cbc - ldh??

Yes: Indolent means not growing or slow growing. It is quite common for this disease to remain stable for years. However, I would recommend regular follow up visits and labs (and Imaging studies as needed) since there is a 10% risk of transformation to a very aggressive lymphoma at any time.

What other tests to rule our lymphoma or safe to say likely not the issue? EBV reactivated w/pregnancy (+EA, neg IgM), strange neuro issues, all blood work normal (CBC, LDH, Beta 2 Microglobulin) imaging normal (ultrasound neck/abdo/pelv, brain MRI).
I have had enlarged supraclavicular and posterior cervical lymph nodes for 6 months when I got an ultrasound today it measures 1.9 cm . Normal cbc ldh, ct head and chest xray area non tender no symptoms . Is this cause for concern?
