Can you have a normal cbc and a swollen lymph node still be lymphoma or malignant? i have a swollen submandibular lymph node (3-4mm) and fatigue, light itch. dr. not worried. cbc normal?

Lymphoma?: Yes. But you need to have someone feel the lump and examine all of your other nodes and feel fit your spleen as a start. Most likely normal gland in the area. Discuss with your team
