Slight cramping in r. side of abdomen. period 5 days early lasted 3days & heavy 1 day ,very abnormal. trying to conceive. worried ectopic but not sure?

Pregnant?: You can't have an ectopic pregnancy without being pregnant and so the first thing I would do is do a home pregnancy test. It's unlikley that you're pregnant if you've had a period lasting 3 days and with heaviness. An ectopic pregnancy might cause more severe pain. It's unlikely so long as you've never had tubal surgery nor STDs.

Call doctor: The way to diagnos an ectopic pregnancy is to follow your pregnancy hormone levels (HCG) and obtaining a pelvic ultrasound. Call your doctor.
