Can you have an ectopic pregnancy and have a light period and lh peak, like normal ovulation? only symptom i have are cramps on the right side for 4 days now since day 8 of the cycle. ovulation or ectopic pregnancy?

It sounds more likely to be ovulation, if you’re pregnant your LH should be low. However just to be 100% sure do a pregnancy test around 10-12 days from the last time you had unprotected intercourse and if it’s negative it’s unlikely to be an ectopic pregnancy
