Had mirena (levonorgestrel) for 3 years. my period was 5 days late, lasted 1.5 days. have pressure & pain in lft abdomen. preg test neg. ectopic possible w/ no blood?

Unlikely: An ectopic pregnancy is a valid concern but with a negative pregnancy test, this is pretty much ruled out. If still concerned, have a test done in a physician's office. Mirena (levonorgestrel) itself can delay or eliminate menstrual cycles, check to ensure your strings are still in place. If your pain persists or worsens, i would have you see your doc or gyn.
