You need evaluation: Schedule an appointment with your PCP this week or go to an urgent care facility if you are unable to be seen to have this evaluated. These symptoms could represent a number of things including an infection, an allergic reaction, an inflammatory or auto-immune reaction to name a few. Please have this evaluated ASAP to avoid any serious complications.

Seeing is believing: When it comes to diagnosing rashes, it's very important to see the rash, or at least get a very precise and thorough verbal description. Most likely you have an allergic reaction to something that your hand and arm have been exposed to. It could be a reaction to poison ivy,scabies or bedbugs or a rare condition known as dermatomyositis. I recommend you see a doctor about this.
