Dry skin?: Have your hands been exposed to a lot of soap, detergent, irritant, and water lately? If so it may just be from getting too dry and too irritated. Try some topical Hydrocortisone cream, avoid irritants and too much water, and apply a barrier moisturizer after hand-washing and see if they help. If not, see dematologist.
