Unusual: most of my patients who are pregnant, seem to complain of the exact opposite, where they are salivating excessively. However we don't fully know the effects of pregnancy on the salivary glands. For you this could be normal. You may just need to give it time. However if this is associated with dry eyes dry skin, stiffness, painful and sensitive digits then you might want to be examined
