A member asked:

22 weeks pregnant and my mouth and throat stay dry when i'm sleep is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dehydration: You need to make sure that you are having a adequate fluid intake of water, etc. throughout your waking day to avoid dehydration as the pregnancy requires a lot of fluid. Also, if you are sleeping with your mouth open or snoring at night your mouth and throat will also be dry.
