I suspect your blood pressure dropped too low after the 500mgs of methyldopa. I recommend not taking it anymore until you get your blood pressure checked&then inform your MD or obstetrician of your symptoms ¤t BP. We rarely use methyldopa now a days because of side effects &varying doses needed on different patients. I recommend purchasing a good BP monitor so you can keep track of you BP
