Symptoms: I would be less worried about strep so long as you do not have any fevers, pain or difficulty with swallowing, muscle pain, swelling beneath your jaw. do not hesitate to go to the doctor if you need to; you can always wear a mask to protect yourself.

Watch carefully: If you have no other symptoms the risk is lower. If you develop a fever or Rash you may need antibiotics and will have to go to the doctor. Best to make an appointment to decrease the wait time or go to the Urgent Care Center. In soothe case wear a mask to decrease your exposure.
