Ive been having a throbbing pain in my lower left arm for about a week now, it comes and goes, the pain is in 1 area, about 7 inches above my wrist?

Injury: The most likely cause is repetitive trauma to muscle and fascia of your forearm. What physical activity have you been doing in the days as the problem started? This may be your easiest clue.
