Hurt a knuckle years ago. as of last few months, the tendon over knuckle is swollen, sore, & it sometimes hurts to make fist/grip. how can i heal it?

Knuckles. Can : fractures and a late effect of a fracture maybe joint pain and irritation and even posttraumatic arthritis. Something else that can affect the tendon over knuckle is a small tear in the sagittal bands or joint capsule. Old ligament injuries can also affect a joint. For something like this A visit with a hand surgeon is likely one of the better options
