Punched a solid object, hand was swollen but went down, my hand functions fine only hurts a little on the knuckle when i squeeze my fist. but my the knuckle that hurts, the middle knuckle a part of it moves on the right side of it and is enlarged?

Fracture of the proximal phalanx head or middle phalanx base needs to be ruled out. You should have a hand X-ray done.

Trauma from a punch should be evaluated by x-ray, you should see a hand surgeon. Other possibilities include a subluxing extensor tendon or a collateral ligament injury. Again, best to see a hand surgeon
