Better not alone: It's best not to do it alone. With depression the most helpful thing to do is see a psychiatrist and/or psychologist to cope more effectively. It might be easier than you think. If you are already in treatment talk to your therapist. You indicate you are pregnant or trying. Get emotional support for that too. Ask again if you need more suggestions. Best wishes.

Psychologist.: Depression is terrible. Hurts both emotionally and physically. Counseling with a psychologist would be your best bet to find a lasting remedy. Medications can help in the short term, but are not an appropriate replacement for counseling. Good luck.
