Get out of your: House, even if you are feeling depressed. Call a friend to set up a time and place to get together. Take a walk, go to a mall or a library. It will help to be out and about and around people. Sit in the sun on fair weather days. Go see a funny movie. Exercise. Speak to a therapist and learn how to explore additional ways to overcome depression and to figure out what is making you feel depressed.
