I am having sinus pain, especially when i'm lying flat, lots of pressure n pain and the discomfort has traveled to my right ear as well.i also look puffy under the eyes n they feel sore. please advise?

Sinus infection?: If short courses of Afrin/Sudafed have helped, perhaps a visit to your doctor or urgent care can confirm a sinus or ear infection. This way they can check your vital signs and complete head, lung exam to ensure you get the best treatment. Good luck
