Eyelid veins: I treat most eyelid veins with either sclerotherapy or fine needle radio frequency or a combination of both. This is done under local anesthesia or even without any anesthesia and the results are very good. Several treatments may be necessary.Removing eyelid veins surgically is difficult to do.
