can plastic surgeons get rid of stretch marks that are above the belly button?

Difficult: Stretch marks are notoriously difficult to treat. A tummy tuck can remove them below the belly button and sometimes if there is enough loose skin, just above the belly button. However, if they cannot be cut out, then the next best step is either, micro needling or fractional laser to reduce the appearance.
