I have protruding veins that start at the temple area and go down through my eyelid. what is the cause and how to get rid of them. ?

Prominent face veins: This is normal anatomy of your vasculature. As we age, skin becomes thinner and veins more visible. If there is high pressure or impediment to proper drainage, vein can become dilated & prominent . If there is tenderness, try NSAIDs and see your doctor. Spider veins can be treated with LASERs but not large veins, especially close to eyes.
