How could i have a healthy lungs? is there really no cure for asthma?

No cure: Although asthma cannot be cured it can usually be controlled. Consider consulting an allergist who can help in optimizing your treatment and avoidance of triggers. Smoking, obesity and excessive diesel particle exposure (living close to a freeway ..) are factors detrimental to your lungs. Even vaping can be damaging.
