Manage it: You also say you are diagnosed with rosacea. You need to have this treated. Acne comes and goes unexpectedly, and clindamycin plus a topical agent like benzoyl peroxide usually controls but does not cure it. Your weight may also be causing you to have extra androgens. Losing weight / adopting healthy exercise and eating habits is a priority for you now. Best wishes.
