Is it better to use benzoyl and clindamycin or adapalene gel for treating acne? which one of these 2 is more effective and less harmless

Why not both: There is certainly no reason not to use both of them 1 in the morning and one in the night, unless you get to dry period start one first use it for 2 or 3 weeks and then if you have no problem you can start the other one every other night and if you tolerate it advance tonightly.
