I have been using tretinoin 0.025% and clindamycin phosphate gel for 2 years now and it worked great. for the past few months my skin has been getting worse with acne and texture. what do i do?

You should return to the doctor who prescribed this treatment. You may need a different treatment. It is possible you are having a different issue than what this treatment was originally prescribed for. You may need to see a dermatologist if that is not the type of doctor who prescribed this treatment. Good luck!
