Cautiously: Congratulations on taking a road to better health! I'm surprised your heart rate dropped this much with a 15# weight loss; perhaps you are exercising more/staying active. I'm not worried about that change. I presume you are not on any blood sugar lowering medicine. Your blood sugar should be fine on this diet as long as your daily calorie intake DOES NOT fall below 1000-1200 cal/day. Best wishes:)
