No way to know: The person to ask these questions is either your prescribing physician or the dispensing pharmacist, who has a better idea about your medical history, other drugs you are on, and risk factors you may have (like emphysema, liver problems etc.). That is where you should direct your inquiry. Taking 2 opiate-containing drugs 2 hours apart may not be safe for you.
