One of my students what diagnosed with scabies. i have developed a red rash on my legs but it is flat and not little bumps. it does not itch it burns.

Unlikely scabies: It is unlikely that you were infected with scabies in a normal classroom situation. You would have to be in physical contact for the scabies to transfer from person to person, or clothes to clothes. Scabies is also very itchy usually, so if your rash doesn't itch it is even less likely to be scabies. If you have recently shaved your legs it may be folliculitis, but only an exam can tell.
