The same, but: at the doctor's office, you will be observed for a while after the shot, and it will be included in your medical record

Same: Most docs provide vaccines as part of their overall care plan for your healthcare needs.They are scheduled as part of annual health maintenance visit where you review the year /meds/ diet/problems. You can get your flu shot or many other vaccines at pharmacies in some states. You can actually avoid your doc for years doing this. When it results in missing a treatable issue the blame rest on you.
