Very normal: BP less than or equal to 130/80 is perfectly fine. As you are young be mindful of a heart healthy lifestyle. That you go to the gym 3-4 X/week is good....trust you are doing a mix of aerobic and weight-training exercises. Now you need to be sure that you are eating a heart healthy diet: low sodium, low in saturated fat and as much of Mediterranean influence as you can. Be healthy!
