Urgent care!: If you cannot swallow at all that implies you are not able to even swallow your own saliva. This is serious. Go to hospital. Airway can close completely. If it is just sore and trouble with swallowing from the inflammation, OCT treatments can be helpful. Talk to pharmacist regarding specifics but topical analgesia and mucolytics can be helpful for symptom management.

Get seen: Could be strep throat, that's for sure. There other serious conditions that will prevent one from swallowing , so you need to get in now and be evaluated. ER, promptCare or whatever is available. I hope it's strep throat - that's easy to manage. Good luck.
